Wholemeal Rye


This is the traditional dark and dense bread hand made using 100% wholemeal organic dark rye flour, wild yeast, organic seed mix, sea salt and water.

It’s high in fibre (great digestive properties), has low GI (it won’t spike your blood sugars) and is low in saturated fat and rich in B vitamins, iron (makes red blood cells) and magnesium, which converts food into energy… and it tastes great!
